Intraoral TMJ & Jaw Work
The jaw is one of the most overlooked and undertreated areas in the body. Chronic jaw tension, clicking, locking, or grinding often radiates into the neck, face, and skull, and frequently connects to stress patterns held deeper in the body. This treatment combines therapeutic massage to the muscles of the face, neck, and head with intraoral work on four specific muscles inside the mouth. For people who carry tension in their jaw, it can be quietly profound.
Please note gloves are worn during the intraoral portion. It may feel intense in moments, but should not be painful.

Deep Tissue/Therapeutic
Sometimes the body needs to be met with real pressure. Deep tissue work accesses the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, useful for chronic pain, postural patterns, injury recovery, or simply tissue that’s been holding on for a long time. Treatment is always adapted to what your body is ready for on a given day.
Please note deep tissue work should feel like productive pressure, not pain. If you’re tensing or bracing, let me know. That’s useful information, and we can adjust.

Cupping & Myofascial Release
These two approaches work well together and are often combined in a single treatment. Myofascial cupping uses silicone cups to create a gentle negative pressure that lifts and separates the tissue, the opposite of compression. Myofascial release uses sustained, directed pressure to soften the connective tissue that wraps every muscle in the body. Together they help release layers of tension that don’t respond to conventional massage alone.
Please note cupping can leave marks on the skin that look like bruising. This is a normal response and typically fades within a few days.

Movement & Kinetic Massage
This treatment brings the body through guided movement rather than working on it passively. Joint mobility, muscle flexibility, and pain patterns are all addressed through motion, loosening surrounding tissue, encouraging synovial fluid movement, and helping the body rediscover its range. It’s a good fit if you feel stuck or restricted rather than simply sore. Stretching is integrated throughout.
Please note this treatment is done fully clothed, without oils. Wear something you can move in comfortably.

Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, rhythmic technique that supports the body’s natural drainage system, useful after illness, surgery, injury, or simply periods of stress and stagnation. The pressure is intentionally light, working with the skin rather than the muscle to guide fluid back toward the heart. It can feel surprisingly settling for the nervous system.
Please note lymphatic drainage uses no oils. Dry hands create the traction needed to move the lymph effectively.

Prenatal
Pregnancy asks a lot of the body. This treatment is adapted to your stage of pregnancy and comfort level, addressing the specific areas of strain that shift as your body changes, including hips, low back, ribs, and neck. Both supine and side-lying positions are used depending on what’s comfortable.
Please note this treatment does not include work on the belly, and cupping on the abdomen is not advised during pregnancy.
