Registered Massage Therapist - 3000 Hours - CRMTA

My approach to massage therapy is rooted in curiosity about your body, your patterns, and what your tension is trying to communicate. I take a somatic approach, working with the muscles, fascia, and nervous system to understand not just where discomfort exists, but why. I see the body as adaptive and responsive, always doing its best to support you, even when it shows up as pain or restriction.

Rather than forcing change, I focus on creating the conditions for your body to shift and release in a way that feels safe and sustainable. Tension is not random. It tends to gather in familiar places, like the jaw and the hips, where stress, emotion, and lived experience quietly accumulate over time. When we slow down and listen, the body often reveals where it has been working the hardest to hold things together.

My work begins with what I find in the tissue and follows that thread with care and attention. From there, we create space for release, for softening, and for a different kind of awareness in your body. This process is not about fixing, but about reconnecting, so you can move through your life with a greater sense of ease and support.

Outside the treatment room, I live an active, grounded life, practicing yoga, weight training, and spending time outdoors with my kids. You will often find me in the mountains, connecting with friends over wine, or planning my next trip.

I am here to help you feel better in your body, to move with more ease, awareness, and connection. I work out of my studio in Canyon Meadows, SW Calgary.
